• Secure "Walk-In" Locking: Our unique mushroom-shaped pucks are precision-engineered to lock PEX tubing firmly in place7. Contractors can simply walk the tubing into the panel, removing the need for tedious stapling or zip-tying.
• Seamless Interlocking Design: Each 4' x 4' panel features a shiplap edge on all four sides. This creates a continuous, tight-fitting thermal break across the entire floor, preventing "ghosting" or cold spots.
• Versatile Pipe Compatibility: The specialized cone-shaped pucks accommodate multiple PEX sizes, including 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4".
• Enhanced Heat Distribution: Integrated bridges between the pucks lift the tubing slightly, allowing concrete to flow entirely around the pipe for more uniform thermal conductivity.
